The LifeOmic Precision Health Cloud Toolbox breaks down traditional data silos so you can seamlessly understand which interventions and treatments are most effective. The Precision Health Cloud integrates with the Cerner EMR to obtain patient data, observations and lab values as well as ingest and index any kind of -omic data for your patient or custom cohort. Plus, collect patient surveys and wearable data through our LIFE Extend® mobile application. With all of this data at your fingertips you can more quickly identify targetable genomic markers and mutations, determine best care plans or guide patients to clinical trials.

The easy-to-use, graphical interface provides clear data visuals for significant changes in progress, symptoms or even cancer genomes. Clinical and research teams can connect with patients outside of the healthcare setting with the Precision Outcomes and LIFE Extend mobile apps. These apps make it easy to survey patients, collect eConsent and get data from wearables and medical devices.

It allows anyone, even those without a bioinformatics background, to navigate and gain benefits that can impact patient outcomes.
- Providers can survey patients (or patient cohorts), view biometric data obtained via wearables, push custom care plans, present individualized recommendations and deliver science-backed educational content using the LIFE Extend mobile app. Plus, LIFE Extend provides a free tool for patients to harness lifestyle factors shown to help prevent chronic diseases and reduce side effects from cancer treatment, including plant-based Nutrition, Exercise, Sleep, Mindfulness-based stress reduction and Intermittent Fasting.
