Using the DrDoctor Patient Platform, Patients can view and interact with their hospital and book a new appointment, reschedule or cancel an appointment instantaneously online or via SMS. Patients will be presented with available slots in real-time and can choose the time & date that suits them best. If circumstances change, the Patient can reschedule or cancel their appointment immediately with little effort. The integration increases patient engagement by helping to manage their day whilst also reducing manual and time-consuming processes for staff in the hospital.
