Patients arrive themselves for in-office visits via Qure4u DriveUp™, and staff can call patients in with one click, also “check-in” using contactless QuickLink™ technology.
  • Telehealth and Secure Messaging: Leverage Telehealth simply via text or email (no app download required!) on any device. Providers connect from within Cerner or using the Qure4u Care Manager™ app. Qure4u Telehealth features include advanced functionality such as screen-sharing, group sessions, virtual waiting rooms, and more. Secure messaging is included and can be used for messaging with patients, caregivers, or care teams.
  • Remote Patient Monitoring and Transition of Care with device integration: Monitor patients’ vitals and care plan adherence outside the office. Vitals are automatically captured via integrated devices. Patients receive educational information and automatic reminders. If the patient is out of range or non-adherent, alerts are automatically sent to the patient’s Care Team.
  • Pre-procedure prep and Patient-Reported Outcome Measures (PROM): Procedural care plans are shared with patients giving them tasks and educational materials about how to prepare for procedures as well as rehab instructions and exercises. Patient-Reported Outcome Measures are collected pre-and post-treatment. Data is stored for analytics or exported to an external database.
